TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Truth Observatory ("the Service"), operated by DarkWave Studios LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Truth Observatory is an atmospheric, geophysical, and infrastructure monitoring platform. The Service ingests publicly available data from government APIs (NOAA, USGS, FAA, EPA, EIA, SWPC) and presents it through a unified dashboard with cross-feed correlation analysis.

3. DATA DISCLAIMER

All data displayed is sourced from public government APIs. We do not generate, modify, or editorialize the data. Observatory provides monitoring and correlation tools — it does not produce forecasts, safety advisories, or actionable guidance. Do not rely on Observatory for life-safety decisions.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Observatory Access is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($47/year) subscription.
A 3-day free trial is offered for new accounts.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download Observatory data; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing; redistribute Observatory data commercially; or misrepresent Observatory data as your own analysis.

6. DONATIONS

Donations via Venmo or CashApp are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not entitle the donor to any additional service, access, or consideration.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AtmosCore state engine, correlation algorithms, Observatory UI design, and all DarkWave Studios branding are proprietary. Raw government data remains in the public domain.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DARKWAVE STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
